  • What is Pixel Memories Photo Booth?
    Pixel Memories is an open-air photo booth rental company in Texas that services Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. We deliver unparalled customer service while providing a first-class experience to our valued clients. An open-air booth allows for open space, quality lighting, creative props, and creative backgrounds! We are equipped to provied each client with a custom photo booth experience to enhance your event.
  • Are there travel fees?
    For locations farther than 20 miles from where we're stationed, it will be $85 travel fee.
  • Does my booking come with an attendant?
    Yes our photo booth package does come with a friendly photo booth attendant.
  • Are Props Included?
    Yes! If you want to make your event more personal, we can create custom props and backgrounds for your event as separate add-ons.
  • What is the GLAM FEATURE?
    GLAM is similar to what you see the Kardashians using! Is smoothes the skin, makes eyes more doe-like and adds facial glow.
  • When does the photo booth get set up for an event?
    This will vary, but we like to set up AT LEAST 1-2 hours prior to the event starting.
  • What is required to reserve my event date?
    A $250.00 USD retainer fee is due when booking to reserve your date. This goes towards the total cost of your package!
  • How much space does the photo booth need?
    For our Party Booth or Drop-Off Booth: Ideally, a 12x12 foot space! This gives plenty of room for prints and moving around (8x8 foot space is the minimum). For our 360 Photo Booth: We require a minimum of 15x15 foot space for safety purposes
  • Can I have my photo booth outside?
    Short answer: yes. The photo booth can be outside. It must be protected from the elements (wind, rain, sun, heat, etc). The booth CANNOT be outside in temperatures lower than 45 degrees Fahrenheit or higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If the photo booth is placed outside, it will need to be placed in a covered area. Due to nature, rain can pop up at any time.
  • Does the booth require Wi-Fi or cell service?
    YES! If your venue has poor cell service, we will need the venue's wifi password. Our photobooth runs off of Wi-Fi/cellular service.
